Dr. Alexis Dela Cruz Regulto

Having established his practice in Manila for over 15 years, Dr. Alexis Dela Cruz Regulto expanded his expertise to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he served as a medical practitioner for several years. Dr. Regulto is a distinguished graduate in Clinical Psychology and Nutritional Medicine and is recognized as a pioneer in the field of Nutritional Medicine. He is a certified member of the Society for Advancement of Hormones and Healthy Aging Medicine Malaysia (SAHAMM), where he also completed his master's studies in Nutritional Medicine.

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Regulto received his early education at Mt. Carmel College, accumulating 18 units of education before graduating with a BS in Psychology. He pursued post-graduate medical studies and earned a degree in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, he acquired Integrative Health Medicine training at Makati Medical College and has attended numerous training programs and seminars both locally and internationally.

Dr. Regulto currently operates clinics in Quezon City, Cityland Edsa, Integrated Professional Offices at Welcome Rotonda, and Pavia, Iloilo City. He is the Founder of Doctor’s Hub Philippines and serves as President of Lucky Universe Business Ventures Inc., providing medical and nutritional services throughout the Philippines.

To stay at the forefront of his field, Dr. Regulto regularly participates in conventions, conferences, and workshops across the globe, including in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Dubai, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, and various parts of Europe. He has received intensive training from internationally renowned leaders and has also conducted numerous training sessions, particularly in Nutritional Therapy and Hormonal Management.

Dr. Regulto is frequently invited to speak at medical seminars and participate in interviews due to his expertise. He has hosted his radio program, "Knowledge Republic," for 18 years on DZRH, DZAR, and currently on DHUB Multi-Media, where he discusses health issues and provides counseling.

His special interests include treating psychological disorders, autism, depression, traumatic conditions, and substance abuse. Dr. Regulto's expertise in Medical Nutrition allows him to effectively manage diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, and various cancers. He emphasizes the importance of diet and nutrients in addressing bodily deficiencies and hormonal changes associated with aging, aligning with his professional philosophy: “ADD LIFE TO YOUR YEARS” and “ADD YEARS TO YOUR LIFE.”

Known for his quiet, simple, and elegant demeanor, Dr. Regulto takes great pride in making a positive impact on his patients' lives through non-invasive, affordable, safe, and effective treatments. He is also recognized as a pioneer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) since the late 90s and has participated in the John Maxwell Leadership Program.

Dr. Regulto considers his greatest achievements to be his role as a devoted father to his daughter Athena and a filial son to his parents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, traveling, and exploring different cultures around the world. He continues to collaborate with prominent doctors in Manila and abroad and serves as a part-time consultant for the Department of Health in rural areas, focusing on Integrative Medicine Practice and Medical Nutrition and Psychology in hospitals.
